- Develop, launch, and maintain both the internal eLearning systems (5000+ employees in seven companies) and external ones (120,000+ mortgage brokers).
- Sole developer for Content Delivery Server (CDS). Designed multiple course templates for non-technical users, adapted dozens of courses for online delivery. Integrated several simulation technologies with existing content.
- Extensive customizations to feel & functionality of Learning Management Server (LMS), added enhancements.
- Key player in several major upgrades (SumTotal, Docent, Windows 2000, HP-VC, Centra, WebEx). Research, evaluate, migrate, test, configure, and customize all existing content to business needs. Design, program, and administer new technology as appropriate. Liaison between IT department and Training department.
- Design and develop thousands of custom web pages, graphics, animations, simulations, utilities, scripts, stylesheets, and online courses for e-Learning. Satisfy “developer-on-demand” needs of Training department.
