What I’m focused on for this month:
- Applying AI in L&D delivery = I’m excited to be delivering my first session of this 3-day Certificate Program for ATD later this month. I recently created the
AI Capabilty ReferenceAITool.watch (AUTHORS NOTE: This product renamed after this post debuted) to help students keep current on what AI features are available from which providers at which price points. Also re-reading Josh Cavalier’s book and materials to be ready to exceed expectations on this delivery. - Building out what’s needed for PAICE = Turns out there’s a lot of work that the world hasn’t caught up to yet. The rails of the Agentic Web are just starting to be built, so I find myself developing the bridges I need to walk for PAICE.work. Much to my surprise, I’m becoming more and more of a developer these days! I’m also hard at work on our second whitepaper. Stay tuned for more.
- Personal Travels = I’m looking forward to a trip back to the SF Bay Area for a family gathering this month. Not sure I’ll have time to visit friends between family events, but happy to have any excuse to head back to the Bay.
