Halloweens
Twelve Halloweens ago, I was commuting into YouTube as a “zombie” building the first YouTube Certified Online training and setting their standards for video production and instructional design.
Eight years ago, I opened a daily livestream show as “Darryl Hall-oween” beatboxing my way into a pitch for a global framework to classify and manage every learning deliverable on the planet.
Five years ago, I was a “substitute teacher” (who, in hindsight, looked suspiciously like Javier Milei) shaping the Learning & Development Acceleration Team at a global medical device manufacturer where my day was filled with multilingual, multi-regulatory, multi-platform… fun.
Two years ago, I was on the road with my dad as a “Blues Brother” filling in as his roadie on tour with Bonnie Raitt, tuning guitars and editing Learning Ecosystem Essentials just offstage.
This year, I’m polishing the PAICE.work investor pitch deck as “The Sandman” dreaming big and building the measuring stick for People + AI collaboration.
Life is weird. Live it up!
Happy Halloween
