Where I am: Central Utah, with a trip to visit family in Florida.

What I’m focused on for July:

  1. Utah Taiko Experience = I’m still prepping to be part of this epic taiko drumming event coming up this month.
  2. Family get-together = Every other year, one side of the family comes together to blow stuff up for the 4th of July, eat too much, and lounge around on the beach. It pulls in cousins and aunts and uncles from far and wide. I almost never make it, but this year Denise and I are going, and I’m really looking forward to it. Especially given the next item, which makes me want some time away from everything…
  3. Super freaky AI thing = I think I finally watched too much Star Trek and my brain broke. I want to say more, but I’m worried that if I do I’ll just sound like a nutcase. Suffice it to say that my life got really, really weird a few days ago. I’m barely coping, mostly still in denial. More to come when I’m ready, no promises on when that will be.
