Where I am: Today, I’m in Altos del Maria, Panama! But most of my time is spent in Central Utah.

What I’m focused on for this month:

  1. Business Pivot = Today is the annual business meeting for my company, Snap Synapse. Usually this an end-of-year thing, but there’s so much going on it made sense to do it a bit early this year. Subscribe to my weekly newsletter Signals & Subtractions directly, or on LinkedIn.
  2. Pruning down = I’m looking at taking on a full-time work schedule again, which means doing a lot less of all the other things I’ve been doing. My annual Drop100 effort will probably come early this year too.
  3. AI PM Certification = I’ve written here about my AI explorations for years, which have always been solo expeditions of me trying to get things to work, succeeding or failing, then doing it again when the tech changes. Which, in case you hadn’t noticed, is ALL THE TIME these days! To fill the gaps in my knowledge and network with others doing the same, I decided to join a cohort specifically focused on AI through the lens of Product Management (something I want to get better at anyway). This month I’ll be finishing all but the final capstone presentation of this training intensive.
